THE QUEST FOR TRUTH -------------------------------- DECRIPTION OF THE 5 OF CLUB PERSON: The 5 of clubs means changes & restlessness of the mind. We find these people have a lot of curiosity that keeps them almost constantly on the move. The 5 of spades karma card tells us that they have many changes in their romantic life as well, & for this reason they are not well suited for marriage. These people are basically adventurous and want to do some exploring & research. For this same reason, things & people are associated w/ commitment & are usually avoided like the plague. This makes them nomadic & changeable to the extreme in some cases. The 5 of clubs is the most restless card of all. Though they are very flexible, moves to new homes or changes of lifestyles usually do entail many responsibilities and challenges, as symbolized by the five of spades in Saturn. The ace of spaces in Venus speaks of secret love affairs & indecision about which to choose. This same ace also gives many of them a very sexy & rich voice. The 7 of diamonds in Jupiter is a millionaires card & many 5 of clubs have lots of $, though they often spend it or lose it as fast as they get it. Speculation & gambling should be avoided. Though they are luckier than most, their tendency to spend it makes them bad at what gamblers call “$ management,” which essentially knowing when to quit. They’re wonderful in sales & promotion because they can relate to so many people on their own level. The Virgo & Gemini birthdays often have an essential powerful voice or way of expressing themselves that can bring great success in sales or promotion. Their natural curiosity brings them much knowledge. But they do not apply it often or they stick to one train of thought. This tends to make them skeptics, not even getting satisfaction from their own belief structures. Often a five of club will take the opposite side of an argument, just so they are not tied down to one concept. Any interest in spiritual studies brings more satisfaction, in their later years & provides answers that bring more peace into their lives. A spiritual teacher would be helpful in this regard. SOME OF THE 5 OF CLUB ISSUES CONCERNING RELATIONSHIPS: Depending upon the individual, being a 5 of clubs can also be a blessing or a curse in the realm of relationships. On the high side, they are progressive & can relate to anyone on their level. This makes them well liked and sociable. On the other hand, the fear of commitment can be so great that they attract the most unusual situations and may never have the peace of deep connection. There will be emotional loses in their live regardless of avoidance, but their attitudes & values tell the real stories. The 5 of clubs is considered to be the unmarriageable cards in the deck because of their restless nature. One way or another, most of them avoid commitment as much as possible. If they are cunning as well, they will make it appear as though the reason they are not making a commitment is their partner’s faults in truth. In truth, they are deeply afraid that any relationship may deprive them of their freedom. Because of their avoidance of commitment & the ace of spaces in Venus, they are often attracted to married people or have secret affairs. They also like to keep their private lives to themselves. The single live is the way for most 5 of clubs, but there are those exceptional ones who settle down & make great contributions in love & work. GENERALITIES BETWEEN THE PERSONALITY CARD CONNECTIONS: 5 of clubs of both sexes often make friends with males, who have a fondness for them. However, there’s also a karmic bond between them that can be difficult at times. Many 5 of clubs are not very happy with themselves. They complain about never having accomplished something of merit in their lives, or are constantly worried about $. But Bruce is a person who has fully accepted his restlessness & inquisitive nature & has integrated that into his life in a positive way. At 41 years old, he has never been married & travels a great deal. He has had some financial success in his life & for years he didn’t need to work. It often brings in a great deal of $ in the life path of 5 of clubs, & in Bruce’s case, it gives him a natural sense of abundance & prosperity that seems to follow him wherever he goes. Bruce has gone through periods in his life where he has actually moved to a new house two or three times a year. He seems to be constantly on the move & appears to have many places he calls home. He knows a lot about many subjects & makes many friends wherever he goes. He doesn’t mind having a committed relationship in his life & is okay with casual relationships, which is unusual since most people cannot handle that kind of relationship. Bruce takes great pride in his car. It would make sense that his car would be so prominent in his value system since it represents his freedom on the earthly plane. This is a trait in many 5 of clubs. He takes tremendous care of his car, worries about it, & sometimes talks about it as if it were a real person. Bruce represents the happy side of the 5 of clubs. He is someone who has accepted his nature & made the best of it. You won’t find many 5 of clubs who are this happy, but they are out there. Most of them are dissatisfied with their life & cannot seem to resolve the conflict btw their freedom & having some sort of foundation in their life. The happiest 5 of clubs are those who realize they are here to collect experiences & ideas & allow themselves the freedom to do just that. At the same time, they have faith that their needs will be provided as is necessary. The ones who do this usually get more than just their basic needs. Their 7 of diamond in Jupiter is a card in spiritual & material abundance. And this is the birthright of the 5 of clubs. — with Clara Wu.
